Stop Abuse Complaint Form


Any information you provide by filling out this form will be used for an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Office of Statewide Prosecution and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to identify any institutional child sexual abuse and subsequent cover-ups before and after the Vatican ratified the 2002 Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People.

All victim information provided will be used for investigative and evidence gathering purposes and will be kept confidential in accordance with Chapter 119.071(2)(h)(1) F.S.S. and Chapter 119.071(2)(c)(1)

Your information may also be provided to the Florida Department of Children and Families if deemed necessary for child safety/welfare purposes.

Submission of information regarding other institutional abuse is encouraged and will be held for possible future investigations.
